USANA Recognized As Newest Member Of The Council For Responsible Nutrition

SALT LAKE CITY – (BUSINESS WIRE) – February 18, 2009 – USANA Health Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: USNA), last week was approved for membership to the Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN) as the organization's newest voting member. CRN member companies manufacture popular national dietary supplement brands as well as the store brands marketed by major supermarkets, drug store and discount chains. These products also include those marketed through natural food stores and mainstream direct-selling companies.

As CRN’s newest member, USANA agrees to adhere to the council’s voluntary guidelines for manufacturing and marketing as well as its Code of Ethics.
